Guidelines for Submissions of Abstract
- Abstracts are to be submitted in English.
- Organise the abstract under the headings: Title, Researchers (underline the Principal Investigator), Institution, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions.
- Abstracts of case report will have the heading ‘Report’ instead of ‘Objectives’, ‘Methods’ and ‘Results’.
- Authors are to register and then use the Registration ID to submit their abstracts.
- Scheduling details and guidelines for the final preparation of accepted oral presentations will be included with the notification of acceptance.
- The final selection will be at the discretion of the Scientific Committee.
- Deadline for submission of abstracts: 31st July 2025.
Abstract Preparation and Submission
- Abstract can only be submitted via the online submission system.
- Abstract must not be more than 300 words (inclusive of title and author(s) name).
- A maximum of five authors can be listed under author(s) name and instituition.
- Graphs, tables and illustrations cannot be included in the abstract.
Abstract Acceptance
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Authors will receive a notification of acceptance from the Congress Secretariat by email.
Oral Presentations
- Oral presentations will be incorporated into the programme of the conference.
- Authors will receive a notification of the technical information and details of the oral presentation.
- The presentation shall be for 8 minutes including 2 minutes for Q&A.
E-Poster Preparation & Submission
- Abstracts selected for posters will be presented as e-Posters during the Congress.
- All selected e-posters must be submitted electronically to the website.
- Authors will receive a notification of the technical information and details of their e-poster presentations.
- Selected posters will require the presenter to participate in a 3-minute poster discussion and 2 minutes Q&A
