Cancellation Policy

The Congress Secretariat must be informed in writing via email of all cancellations.

Before or by 30th September 2025 : 50% refund

(Refund will be made to your credit card and this may take 10 to 15 days)

Cancellation on 1st October 2025 onwards: No refund

Note

We would like to encourage delegates, who have registered and paid their registration fees and are unable to join us, to nominate replacements to take their places. There will be no extra cost provided but the details of the substitute delegates are emailed to the Secretariat at least three weeks’ (before 20th October 2025) prior to the conference.
