Jona Minette Ligon Philippines

Dr. Jona Minette E. Ligon, MD, FPSO-HNS, MMHoA is an Assistant Professor at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery and currently serves as Section Head of Otology at East Avenue Medical Center, MCU Hospital, V. Luna Medical Center, and Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center. She is also a consultant at UST Hospital and Cardinal Santos Medical Center. Dr. Ligon holds leadership positions in the field of audiology and otology as President of the Philippine Society of Audiology, Chair of the Philippine Academy of Audiology, and Chair of the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Committee of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. She completed her residency training in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and was the first fellow in the Otology, Neuro-otology, and Audiology Fellowship at East Avenue Medical Center. Dr. Ligon also holds a Master in Management major in Hospital Administration from the Philippine Christian University. Dr. Ligon also holds a Master in Management major in Hospital Administration from the Philippine Christian University. Her professional interests lie in advancing otologic care, hearing health, and medical education.
